neena gill mep - representing the west midlands in the european parliament

About Neena Gill

Neena was first elected to the European Parliament in 1999, the UK's first Asian female MEP and re-elected in June 2004 to represent the West Midlands Region.

Prior to becoming a Member of the European Parliament, Neena was Chief Executive of ASRA and the Newlon Housing Group. Neena still maintains an interest in Social housing issues and sits on the Urban Housing intergroup in the European Parliament.

Neena is fluent in several Asian languages, Italian and is currently working hard on her French and German.
